We started naturally, from low to high. From interior claddings and wooden decorative panels to designing commercial spaces or residential compounds. We have never shied away from special projects of large scale that could challenge us and help us prove that we are easily adaptable, creative and enterprising. The Special Projects division is a special one, for we never know what challenge lies ahead. A thing is certain, in this branch of our activity, the only standard is that we have no standard.

We do not plan, we do not have expectations or a a readily available solution to present to our partners. We listen carefully, take notes and get to business, in close partnership with our clients. Ideas flow, concepts come to live in the skilful hands of our designers, engineers and technicians, and the project is patiently built piece by piece, with attention to details, and a few small changes along the way.

Cutting-edge technical facilities and the creativity of our designers team ensures that every project is a success, whether we speak about fittings or interior or exterior cladding or decoration. Thanks to the fact that BD Lemntech is above all a team of young, dynamic and enthusiast people we can embrace any new challenge and offer custom solutions, that draw attention and highlight the uniqueness of the projects we are working on.

STEJARII COUNTRY CLUB

Specialty contractor for wooden elements, special claddings for wall and ceilings, elevators, furniture and decorative panels. Fitting project SHISHEIDO SPA.

ASMITA GARDENS

Special contractor for fitting 809 apartments within the residential compound: window and kitchen countertops, skirting boards, pieces of furniture.

OREGON PARK

Specialty contractor for interior/exterior fittings. Toilets: HPL partitions, Corian basins; interior wall cladding, furniture; exterior cladding with metallic panels and HPL.

PETROM CITY

Specialty contractor for every compound building: HQ, Infinity, Data Center: class A0 fire-resistant cladding for walls, toilets partitions, coffee shop, Corian works, furniture for common areas.

PROMENADA MALL

Specialty contractor for works made out of Corian: toilets, LED illuminated pillars, cladding of LED illuminated walls, furniture for the food court.

BRICO DEPOT and PRAKTIKER

Sole entrepreneur for the Sanitary and Ceramic showroom areas fittings during the reorganization process of the 35 stores belonging to Kingfisher Group.

VALSANA AROSA – SWITZERLAND

Manufacturer of facades with HPL fretwork for exterior cladding.

PARAGON BAY MALL – ABU DHABI

Manufacturer of decorative fretwork panels for ceiling cladding- painted HPL.

NORDIC GROUP RESTAURANT

Specialty contractor for interior fittings, decorations, wood cladding and furniture.

MELTED SNOW

Awarded furniture project. Second place within the exhibition Interior Design and Fittings in Paris: Maison et Object – TABLE: heat-molded Corian, combined with laminated wood.
