If until now we spoke about wood and its versatility, metallic materials differ a bit from the manufacturing point of view. However, we have learned how to tame them and give them exactly the look the client desires.

Laser cutting is a technology that significantly diminishes time and production costs, the cut parts not having burrs, since they are less thermally influenced. Thus, they can be easily manufactured when they are painted in an electrostatic field or are subject to other thermal treatments or mechanically processes.

In short- we give them the needed shape and the materials come to you in the best condition, so that you can do any necessary change afterwards. We have been doing this for over 14 years now and we have yet to encounter that project we cannot figure out. That is thanks to our professionals, who master the necessary techniques for cutting, welding and laser engraving, but also cutting-edge equipment from Trumpf, a world leader in the field.

Materials

We can cut metallic parts (steel, aluminium, stainless steel) as well as non-metallic (MDF, HPL, PAL, Plywood, other materials). The resulting panels can be used for partitions, interior fittings, panelling, façade decorations etc. The materials we process through laser technology are:

Metal:

Steel sheet ST37 (thickness min 0,5mm-maxim 20mm)
Aluminium alloy ALMg3 (thickness min 0,5mm-max10mm)
Stainless steel 1.4301 8 (thickness min 0,5mm-max 10mm)

Non-metals:

MDF (thickness min 3mm-max 30mm)
HPL (thickness min 6mm-max 12mm)
PAL 4-30mm
PLYWOOD 4-40mm

Plastic materials:

Plexiglass (stiplex) 1-20mm
Veralit 0.5-2mm
HIPS 0.6-2mm

Ask for a price quote! We can offer various price quotes using advanced, fast and state of the art programs, supported by Autocad, TruTops and various machinery programs that allow for material optimization and workload estimation needed for meeting the requirements of the project.

Accepted files for generating price quotes can have the formats dxf, dwg, geo. If you want to receive a quote as soon as possible, the most suited formats are dxf sau dwg, scale 1:1. Prices depend on material, thickness, model and quantity.
